Payment Guidelines

FrontCounter BC accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Cheques must be in Canadian Funds
  • Money Orders must be in Canadian Funds
  • Debit Card (in-person only)
  • American Express, Visa, and Mastercard

FrontCounter BC will not accept any cheques drawn on US banks, regardless of what currency. Payment will not be accepted even if it has "CDN Funds" handwritten on the cheque.

Applications received without the correct fee in Canadian Funds will be held until the client provides a replacement Canadian money order/bank draft or credit card payment.

If an alternate form of payment is not received, the application will be returned to the client.

Credit card payment information will not be accepted by email, mail or fax. Credit Card payments are accepted in-person or over the telephone.
